many new collaborations and debut performances coming up. also, i’m speaking on a panel and participating in a performance of unaccompanied women’s songs as part of half the sky, a festival put on the Brooklyn Arts Council towards the end of the month. a solo show, my new band featuring incredible players, psychedelic balkan rock, contemporary music based on traditional Bosnian songs, and song workshops–there’s something for everyone in the next couple months!
